CNC CONTROLLED CORNER CLEANER The SV 530-C is a very flexible corner cleaner, with a freely programmable CNC axes-control, offering excellent value for money and ultimate adaptation to your requirements. SV530-C/2 Corner cleaner with 2 axes (the all rounder) SV530-C/4 Corner cleaner with 4 axes for shortest cycle times PC control – an industrial Windows PC is fitted as standard and guarantees a user-friendly handling of the machine, as well as excellent and uncomplicated integration into your production and easy connectivity to other machines and lines. The optional profile identification system offers the possibility of a fully-automatic identification of your profiles and profile systems. Additionally you can connect or disconnect different machining units. All in all, 17 tooling positions are available so that up to 26 individual machining units are possible with multiple tooling. Standard tooling: 2Nr grooving or cutting knife units 2Nr inside cleaning units 2Nr drilling/milling units 1Nr disc cutting unit. Numerous optional special tools are available to offer a variety of machining possibilities: horizontal/vertical knife cutting unit and inside cleaning unit for inclined inner corners and radii. Further machining units can be added as necessary. You also can retrofit your SV 530-C with an automatic turning station WT 530-C. The proven technology guarantees the easy turning of all frame sizes, with transoms and crosses individually fitting into your production line, giving you the freedom to choose the throughput direction.
