4-HEAD HORIZONTAL WELDER The AKS 6250 with adjustable weld seam limitation of 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm offers a very flexible and high-quality welding machine. All components are manufactured to high quality and good access allows quick and easy cleaning and maintenance. The weld seam regulation of 0.2 to 2.0 mm allows an exact welding of white and coloured profiles without compromising the corner strength, when welding white profiles with a weld seam of 2.0mm. All parameters can be individually adjusted and the welding temperature is constantly monitored by perfectly regulated temperature regulators and heating elements. The fusing time automatically adapts to different profiles. Electronic positioning of the axes X and Y via AC servo-motors which are disconnected during the welding process (no position control).
