SINGLE-HEAD WELDER The AKS 1020 butt welder with weld seam limitation of 2.0 mm enables weld angles from 30 to 180°. The machine is constructed from structural grade steel for a long working life. Each welding parameter such as welding temperature, heating time, joining time, fusing pressure and joining pressure, etc. can be adjusted individually. The process of parallel welding of the welding slides produces highest corner strength. Clamping magnets allow a quick change of weld fixtures and so flexible for operators to use.
