Description Lamb double loin chops look similar to two single chops together as this cut is taken from the cross section of the un-split lamb loin. These chops are delicious, tender and full of the sweet flavour of lamb’ perfect grilled or BBQ’d. Another suggestion is to season them and sear them on either side in a hot pan and then finish them off in the oven for wonderfully succulent meat.
