I’m a backyard pro on briskets and normally buy them at Costco. This brisket blew them all away!!!! The fat rendered so clean and the taste was out of this world! Now that I’ve had this I can’t go back to the others. Would definitely recommend if you haven’t had a quality brisket you give this a try!
