The 6 1 hole vacuum pattern on the interface pad allows dust extraction and minimizes sandpaper loading during sanding when it is used along with 6 hole pattern sandpaper discs. It keeps the sanding surface clean, maximizes sanding disc performance, and prolongs disc abrasive life. Interface pad may be used with both dust free and non-dust free discs. The sponge pad also reduces tool vibration and the soft density foam cushions and conforms to contours for precision sanding and polishing across uneven surfaces.
