DOUBLE HEADED WELDER The AKS 4300 allows simultaneous welding of two 90° angle joints in just one operation, with a focus on efficiency. AKS 4305 with weld seam limitation of 2.0 mm AKS 4310 with weld seam limitation of 0.2 mm The clearly arranged PLC control guarantees an easy and user friendly operation and the good accessibility to the components facilitates cleaning and maintenance work on the machine. The flexibility of the AKS 4300 and its adaptability to different profiles are an important advantage for your production: all parameters such as heating and joining time, welding temperature, fusing and joining pressure are individually adjustable for each requirement. HFL weldings* are possible due to the fact that the adjustment and the heating element move from the back into the welding zone. Profiles with a height of up to 200 mm can be welded. Thanks to the automatic welding head positioning, profiles can be inserted quickly and precisely.
