Am I the only one who has trouble finding “gourmet” butcher quality breakfast sausage that actually tastes good ? Look no further Mino’s has your back. These sausages don’t play. Around 9 nearly 1 inch in diameter massive sausages in my 1 pound pack. I used the steam convection setting on my mini oven set at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then seared in a cast iron skillet. I will also say my wife even liked these and she rarely has anything positive to say about breakfast sausage. Usually too gamey, salty , or spicy for her. Now these do have a little red pepper kick at the end but not overpowering at all. They are also very juicy and after cooking they are around the same size if not bigger than Walker Brothers.
