Sliced black pudding

Muir’s Deli’s Black Pudding is made with our own special Scottish recipe. Slice it, fry it, grill it or heat it in the oven. And it doesn’t just have to be for breakfast – it’s a versatile ingredient for other mealtimes too. Serves: For the main meal portion, we recommend approx 200g per person. If used as an extra to the meal, go with approximately 100g per person. Storage: Supplied chilled. Store at < 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and use within three months. You may want to slice your black pudding and freeze it in slice batches in separate freezer bags, so you can defrost just what you need each time.
