Description Rolled pork gigot or leg is a large, succulent and generous cut of meat. Full of flavour and perfect for a Sunday roast where you have a lot of hungry mouths to feed. Score the top of the joint and rub in a little olive oil and sea salt and roast; cooking times will vary dependant on the size of the joint. Cook the meat until there is no trace of pink and the juices run clear.
