Hi, I just wanted to follow up and say I really appreciate you sending out the replacement—especially at no extra cost. Not every company does that, and it definitely left a good impression.As for the product itself, it was closer to the strength I personally prefer, so I was happy with that. The only thing is that based on the descriptions and some of the reviews, I expected it to feel a bit stronger than it ended up being. That said, I still had a good overall experience with it.I’ll most likely be purchasing again in the future, just not immediately—but I did want to say thank you again for how you handled everything.
